How can I cancel my subscription for the 1 year period of app updates?
To cancel your subscription to the 1 year period of app updates, log into our Billing Manager.
You will receive a login link via email. If you don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder as sometimes it can land there.
Click on the link to manage your orders.
Once logged in, you will be on the Subscriptions tab. Here you will see both your active and inactive subscriptions. To cancel an active subscription, click the blue Manage button next to the product you want to cancel the subscription on, then select Cancel Subscription from the drop-down menu.
You're subscription for 1 year of app updates will expire on the next renewal date, and you will no longer be charged.
ℹ️ You can continue using our apps with full functionality after canceling your subscription. You will receive updates until your 1 year period expires. After that, you can still use our apps with full functionality, but won't receive new updates.
ℹ️ If you would like to renew your 1 year period of app updates after it has already expired, you will need to purchase a new license for the app, as we cannot reactivate an already expired subscription.
