I forgot to cancel my 1 year of app updates subscription, can I get a refund?

Per our Subscription Terms of Service, we are not able to provide refunds in the event you have forgotten to cancel your 1 year of app updates subscription.

All customers are notified of auto-enrollment into the subscription on our web store page, during the checkout process, and in our order activation and confirmation emails. Subscription information and terms can also be viewed via our Billing Manager at any time. Additionally we send a payment reminder email three days before the annual renewal is due in the event you wish to cancel your subscription.

If you are having trouble canceling your subscription via our Billing Manager, please feel free to contact our support team and we can cancel your subscription for you.
