I forgot to cancel my 1 year of app updates subscription, can I get a refund?

Per our Subscription Terms of Service, we are not able to provide refunds in the event you have forgotten to cancel your subscription for 1 year of app updates.

All license purchases come with a subscription for a 1 year period of app updates. Customers are auto-enrolled in this subscription upon license purchase, and are notified of this subscription in multiple places before, during, and after the purchase process:

Store Page

Checkout Page

Purchase Receipt Email

Order Activation Email

Billing Manager

Annual Payment Reminder Email

There should be no instance of a customer being unaware of their subscription status per the above. Customers have ample time to cancel their subscription before renewal if they no longer wish to receive app updates.

If you are having trouble canceling your subscription via our Billing Manager, please contact our support team and we can cancel your subscription for you.
